Bris is a Swedish organization that supports children’s rights. Since 1971, they’ve offered counseling to children via chat, phone, and email, while also helping adults and advocating for better policies for children's well-being.
This project is currently underway and in the process of being implemented. Since it has not yet been released or made public, I’m unable to share specific details or visual materials of the solution at this time.
Problem: The challenge was to improve findability and accessibility for children on the Bris website.
Solution: My design colleague and I conducted two rounds of user testing with multiple students aged 8 to 16, using a high-fidelity mobile prototype. The sessions included think-aloud tasks, follow-up interviews, and usability ratings based on the System Usability Scale (SUS).
Result: We performed rapid iterations based on feedback, gained a deeper understanding of users’ needs and how to address them, and developed a plan for further testing of the concept. Specific details remain confidential as the project is not yet released.
